Let me preface this post by saying that I’m not much of an undershirt guy.
I don’t like a lot of underthings. I don’t sweat that much, unless it’s miserably humid outside and I can’t get in front of an AC unit in time. Plus, I hate the extra bulk an under layer provides.
Maybe I formed this preference simply because, in the past, I’ve only worn subpar, bargain bin undershirts.
My opinion changed when I discovered RibbedTee’s Retro Fit Tri-Blend shirt. The cut is slim and the jersey knit is loose and breathable. It’s simply the softest, most supple one I’ve ever tried.
There is no excess bulk when worn underneath a dress shirt, unlike other undershirts I’ve owned. They also have a bit more length in the body so they stay tucked in, and the heather grey V-neck version is practically invisible, even under your light-colored shirts.
(Just so you know, I loved the product so much, I worked with the founder to have RibbedTee sponsor the site this month.)
Give the Retro Fit Tri-Blend a try, even if (or should I say, especially if) you’re not much of an undershirt wearer. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
